According to the latest (2013) American Housing Survey (AHS), published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the median age of owner-occupied homes is 37 years old, compared to only 27 years old in 1993. For years we’ve been helping our customers create a current look for their kitchen, bathroom, entertainment area, patios and more to give a new look and feel without a complete rebuild. This may include painting, re-facing cabinets, installing new light fixtures, or adding other finishes and fixtures. The original design isn’t altered drastically, but is updated to a new standard.
Renovating a room in your home, especially a kitchen, not only makes the space more attractive, but may also add value.
